Michigan secured verbal commitment #3 for the 2014 class yesterday in manchild Bryan Mone out of Utah. Mone actually comes from the same high school as NFL star Haloti Ngata and current Wolverine fullback Sione Houma. Mone will leave high school with college-ready size and elite athleticism for that size. He routinely chases down quarterbacks and has a very quick release from the three-point stance. He is a 4-star prospect across the board and ranks #172 on the newly released Rivals250. Bryan isn't the most outspoken young man I've talked with but he was very polite, humble, and genuine when we did speak. Back in December I talked to him about his recruitment and he said the entire process was going very good and that Michigan was, indeed his top school. He also said he didn't really think there was anything another school could do to change that. His most telling answer was probably a profound "YES" when I asked him if he could see himself playing for Michigan. At that time he didn't know when he was going to decide, yesterday we all found out that he was ready to make the best decision of his life. GO BLUE!!!
