Indiana Visitor List2015
- DT Hjalte Froholdt - Gold Diggers (Sellered, Denmark)
On his two week recruiting trip across the United States, Froholdt has been able to take in quite a few different campuses. He visited Arkansas, a school in his top 4, last weekend before swinging by Alabama and Florida State shortly after. While in Tuscaloose, Froholdt received an offer from Alabama, one of many top flight offers for the Denmark prospect. This visit could go a long ways in Froholdt's decision making as he will be deciding shortly.
-QB Tyree Jackson - Mona Shores (Muskegon, Michigan)
|Trotwood Madison CB Kei Beckham|
- CB Kei Beckham - Trotwood Madison (Trotwood, Ohio)*
Having visited Michigan a couple times before, Beckham is familiar with the staff and what the Wolverines have to offer. He holds quite a few Big 10 offers and may end up visiting Notre Dame this weekend.
-QB Trevon Avery - Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, Michigan)
As the younger brother of Michigan defensive back Courtney Avery, Trevon has attended almost every game in recent memory. Still yet to receive first scholarship offer.
- CB Lavert Hill - Cass Technical (Detroit, Michigan)
Growing up under the spotlight of older brother Delano Hill, a freshman for the Wolverines this year, Lavert has had a lot of exposure to the program. At only 5'9", 170lbs., Lavert is very long, much like his brother. He could be a factor in the 2016 class if he continues to develop.
- LB Joshua Ross - St. Mary's (Lake Orchard, Michigan)
Another younger brother of a current Michigan player, Joshua is looking to make his name known in addition to the older James. As a freshman, Josh has impressed many by making the starting lineup of a deep St. Mary's team and contributing from the very beginning. However, Josh broke his ankle, ending his season. The younger Ross has also been a visitor to nearly every Michigan game in the last 2 years. He was recently offered by Michigan State and Oklahoma.
-WR Ray Buford - Southfield (Southfield, Michigan)
After suffering an injury earlier in the season, Buford is going to sit out 6-1 Southfield's final game versus Southfield-Lathrup this week and is targeting a return for the playoffs in 2 weeks. Even with this setback, Buford has continued to receive lots of mail from Indiana, as well as other Big 10 schools such as Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska and Wisconsin. Other MAC schools plus Vanderbilt, Missouri and Cincinnati are also in the mix. Most of his contact with Michigan has been through the mail, but he has spoken to secondary coach Curt Mallory a few times. During Mallory's trip to scout Buford, he did not play due to injury, but Mallory said he would be back once the junior wide receiver was healthy. Buford was invited to this week's game versus Indiana, but is unable to attend.
|Hart QB Brady White|
- QB Brady White - Hart (Santa Clarita, California)
Leading his team to a perfect 6-0 record, Brady White has had himself a very successful year. Posting a 67.3 completion percentage (124-211) with 20145 yards and 19 passing TDs on only 5 interceptions, White has been terrific for Hart. He also adds 175 rushing yards and 6 TDs on the ground, adding to his prolific season. To his dismay, White hasn't heard very much from the Wolverines. He has, however, started hearing from Auburn, Alabama, Mississippi State, Miami (Fl) and Florida State in addition to the other BCS schools heavily pursuing White. After speaking to White and his mother, it is clear that they hold the Michigan program in very high regard and would love to get involved with them. They have a very close relationship with 2014 commit Wilton Speight's family, too. White is fully prepared to be patient in earning an offer and with his recruitment in general, so he could still become a player in Michigan's 2015 QB search.
- Athlete (WR/CB) David Dowell - St. Edwards (Lakewood, Ohio)
Dowell, who is preparing for a match-up with St. Edward's main rival St. Ignatius, has helped establish his team's 6-0 record. Dowell has played in his words "lock-down defense" as he is yet to allow a reception all year, notching 2 interceptions, 6 pass deflections, 15 tackles and 2 TDs. Dowell has completely taken away one side of the field in the passing game, and the other side is surveyed by 2015 commit Shaun Crawford, building a daunting defense to pass on. David has been hearing from Illinois, Kent State, Tennessee, Toledo (all have offered), and Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Penn State and Ohio State. He really enjoyed his visit to Penn State for the Nittany Lion's 4 TO win over Michigan and says a PSU offer may be coming. As far as his relationship with Michigan, he talks to coach Mattison "every once in a while".
